Here at Spectrum, there’s something for everyone! All services are available in-person or virtually. Choose the format that’s best for you!
Youth & Families
Spectrum's programming is available in-person or virtually. We offer in-person sessions at schools and community sites, as well as an online self-paced learning option. These programs are open to youth of all identities ages 13 to 24. Our team creates a laid back, supportive vibe where youth can feel comfortable being themselves. Spectrum also offers an opportunity to build community by meeting other young people. Check back often for upcoming opportunities.
Spectrum has worked with groups both virtually and in-person in setting such as schools, community drop-in centers, enrichment programs, and inpatient and outpatient treatment facilities. We’re always looking for ways to offer this valuable service to more youth in our community. If you would like to bring Spectrum to your youth program or group, let’s explore ways to partner!

ENROLLING IN SPECTRUM
Along with providing a range of wellness services, Spectrum is unique in that it's also a research project. Students who take part in Spectrum also participate in the program's evaluation study, which helps us learn about the folks we're serving and supports future projects like this one. Every youth under the age of 18 who participates in Spectrum's services must have a parent/guardian complete the electronic consent form. If you are over 18, you can complete the consent form on your own. If your parent/guardian agrees to your participation in the evaluation study, you will then schedule a time to meet with Spectrum's Research Technician, Amy, by phone or via Zoom for about 45 minutes, and complete some surveys. You'll earn a $10 electronic gift card as a thank you. After 6 months, you'll complete the surveys again for $20 cash.
